We respect diversity of opinion and the individual dignity of all who work in this endeavor
We embrace partnerships with others who value ethical conduct as a business standard

We believe that trust building is an important feature of all that we do
We believe that being ethical in business leads to profitability. We believe that it is CEBA's role to build a practical framework that will assist businesses in approaching ethical dilemmas that arise on a daily basis. We see ethics as a matter of conduct and choices made - an ongoing process. We recommend these basic elements be considered for this framework:
All stakeholders, including but not limited to employees, customers, vendors, stockholders, government and community, are treated in an unbiased and just manner;
Business decisions consider the interests of all who will be affected - future generations and those in other geographic areas, as well as immediate stakeholders;
Business activities consider the interests of all of earth's life forms.
